Through networking and collaboration between IWCA chapters, Kattia Barrantes was able to obtain an internship in the US where she greatly improved her English and business skills.

Nora Lopez is one of the founders of the El Salvador chapter. The visibility she enjoyed as a result of her leadership role in the IWCA helped her secure her current job as president of a local bank.

Vilma Ruiz is a member of the local Guatemalan Chapter. She worked at Finca Los Andes in Guatemala, one of many generations and was the first in her family to go to University. She is now the Director of Social Programs for the Reserve and has moved from the field to an office position.
