Includes training and education focused on technical and business aspects specific to the coffee industry

Enables women to participate at key events to engage and network with industry stakeholders to advance women in coffee. This also includes efforts such as the IWCA Research Alliance to identify, collect, and analyze credible research to inform policy and program decision-making affecting women in coffee.
