IWCA LATAM Encounter
Panama City | October 21–22, 2026
Ahead of World of Coffee Panama
Some of the most important work in coffee happens outside the spotlight.
In October, the International Women’s Coffee Alliance will convene chapter leaders, partners, and collaborators from across Latin America for a two-day regional gathering in Panama City, just ahead of World of Coffee Panama.
The IWCA LATAM Encounter is designed for the work that does not happen on a trade show floor. It is a focused space for connection, coordination, and forward movement across the value chain.
Across the region, women are leading at every stage of coffee. They are producing, processing, cupping, exporting, roasting, and building businesses. The capability is already there. What accelerates progress is access. Access to knowledge, to networks, and to the people and opportunities that move work forward.
This gathering brings those elements into one room.
Over two days, participants will engage in structured conversations, share what is working within their chapters and communities, and identify where collaboration across borders can unlock new opportunities. The goal is not just connection, but clarity. Not just conversation, but direction.
Held immediately before World of Coffee Panama, the Encounter creates a bridge between regional collaboration and global visibility. It allows participants to arrive at the broader event already connected, aligned, and positioned to engage more effectively.
More details on programming, participation, and registration will be shared soon.
