In 2024, IWCA advanced critical work across four core focus areas:
Chapter Capacity Building through technical assistance, microfinance training, and leadership development
Strategic Partnerships with global organizations such as the Rainforest Alliance, AFCA, and Cup of Excellence
Global Visibility through active participation in international forums including SCTA, SCA Chicago, CAFEX Guatemala, and MICE Australia
Operational Growth with new investments in infrastructure, technology, and donor engagement
