We are thrilled to celebrate an extraordinary milestone for IWCA El Salvador and for women in coffee worldwide.
Daniella María Boza Carbonell, a dedicated member of IWCA El Salvador, has officially earned the title of SCA–CVA Q Grader—and in doing so, she made history.
A Global First
Daniella participated in the first-ever Coffee Value Assessment (CVA) training offered by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) within the coffee industry. Her achievement proves that when women have access to training, resources, and recognition, they lead the way—pushing boundaries and inspiring others to follow.
