Join the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA) for a morning of purpose-driven connection and conversation. With chapters in more than 36 countries, IWCA is a global network working to transform the coffee industry by empowering women throughout the value chain.

This intimate gathering will highlight the work of IWCA chapters around the world, share real stories of leadership and impact, and invite new and longtime allies to help grow this movement.

You’ll hear from IWCA Executive Director Blanca Castro and guest keynote speaker (to be announced shortly), who will share how IWCA is building bridges across origins, advancing opportunities, and creating lasting systems of support for women in coffee.
