In October, IWCA will convene leaders, chapters, and partners from across Latin America for a focused, two-day gathering ahead of World of Coffee Panama.

The LATAM Encounter is designed for the work that doesn’t happen on a trade show floor. It is a space for chapters to align priorities, exchange knowledge across origins, and build practical pathways that strengthen participation across the value chain.

Across the region, women are leading farms, managing quality, building businesses, and training others. The capability is already there. What accelerates progress is connection, coordination, and access to the right people at the right time.

The Panama Encounter brings that into one room. Conversations move from introductions to shared strategies. Challenges are addressed in context. Opportunities become visible and actionable.

This is where regional collaboration becomes something concrete. And where the next phase of growth begins.
